Commitment: You say what you do, and do what you say. Your word is your bond. You are committed to the success of GS. You seek what is best for GS rather than best for yourself or your group. You are a team player and try to create unity with your colleagues. When a decision has been made, you support the decision and do your best to see it succeed. You make time to help colleagues, and share information openly and proactively.
Craftsmanship: You take pride in the work you do, and feel ownership in the results. Mediocrity is the enemy of your work and opposed to your nature. You care not only about getting the job done, but getting the job done right. Your desire is for mastery and perfection of your craft. You are always developing your skills, mastery of techniques, and attention to detail. Others look to your work as an example of quality and the way things should be done.
Curiosity: You learn rapidly and eagerly. You recognize that you always have things to learn. You think outside of the box, are open to new ideas and concepts, and relish in the thrill of discovery. You do not let your ego get in the way of searching for the best ideas. You have meaningful knowledge about a wide variety of topics. You contribute effectively outside your specialty.
Drive: You are goal-oriented. You accomplish amazing amounts of important work. The status quo is not enough; you seek not only to meet expectations, but to exceed them. You are constantly looking for ways to improve the company, your department, team, and yourself individually. You demonstrate consistently strong performance and colleagues can rely upon you. Good judgment: You make wise decisions, despite ambiguity, using the best data available. You separate what must be done well now, and what can be improved later. You recognize when you need help and ask for it. You distinguish between circumstances that require immediate action, and those that necessitate gathering more information. When action is required, you make the right decision.
